- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and labels.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items.

Exchange Process (Free)
Exchanges are free! If you need a different size, color, or style, follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your item:

- Visit www.pettyluxe.com and provide your order number and exchange details.

Approval & Exchange Label:
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Pack & Ship:
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier.
Return Process ($5.99 Fee)
Returns are simple and hassle-free for a flat fee of $5.99. Follow these steps within 28 days of receiving your item:

Submit Your Return Request:
- Log in to your account or visit www.pettyluxe.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Approval & Return Label:
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. A $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pack & Ship:
- Securely pack your items, attach the label, and drop them off at the designated carrier.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Shipping fees for defective items are on us.
